Solutions Embassy Supported Living services, is a way of providing people with support as they go about living in the community. we aim to give individuals as much independence as possible. We will help people who use our service to gain or rediscover the skills they need, whilst recognising that the intermittent nature of learning disability, Autism or challenging behaviours means there may be bad days too.
Our aim is to deliver first class quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and communication difficulties.
Our multi-disciplinary team work within the community and pride themselves on respecting the needs, rights, choices of all individuals and encouraging independence. Solutions Embassy Supported Living starts from the principle that people with learning disabilities have the same fundamental rights as anyone else in society, which includes the right to develop and make informed choices about their lives.
