Christiana built her first career in business Administration. She has her HND in procurement, PGD in Strategic Management and Leadership and Master in Business Administration, before she decided to join care industry. She is a highly experienced senior leader with over 10 years’ experience in the caring industry, working for both NHS and private sector organisations.
She started as a support worker working with children and adults with disabilities and autism. She has since worked has a care coordinator and deputy care manager. Her first carer was in management
She has good knowledge around health and social care. She has both QCF level 3 and Level 5 qualification in Health and Social care. Christiana has substantial management experience at various levels being that she manages the team at different capacities and with caseload of clients.
Her experience is varied and includes quality management, management of supported living and developing services for people with complex needs.
She has responsibility for our operational services and is the strategic lead for safeguarding, quality and compliance and the development of new business.
Ensuring people we support remain at the centre of all decision making is central to how we design and deliver services.
